Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

  • Condition: It must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and free from damage caused by improper handling.
  • Packaging: It must be in its original packaging with all accessories, if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized 3D-printed products, including bespoke designs or items created specifically for you.
  • Downloadable content or digital items.
  • Gift cards or promotional products.
  • Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or modifications made by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain circumstances, we may issue partial refunds for:
    • Items showing minor damage not caused by us.
    • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery, at our discretion.

Exchanges
